EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), often called tapping, is a gentle yet powerful complementary practice that combines tuning in to how you feel with light tapping on specific points on the body.

It is designed to support emotional wellbeing and may help to:

🌟 Meet Your Practitioner

Hi, I’m Gai Miller — a qualified Advanced EFT practitioner, life coach, and watercolour artist based on the South Coast of NSW.

I’m also a co-author in the global bestselling book Tap Into Your Best Life, alongside practitioners including Brad Yates and Dr Peta Stapleton.

My work is both professional and personal. I understand what it feels like to carry beliefs like “I’m not good enough” or “I don’t belong,” and I also know what becomes possible when those beliefs begin to shift.

My intention is to create a space where you feel safe to reconnect, gently work through emotional patterns, and move toward a greater sense of calm and self-worth.

Each 1hr session is gently guided and centred around a weekly theme, such as:

  • Self-worth and confidence
  • Letting go of limiting patterns

You’ll be guided step-by-step through EFT tapping in a calm and supportive space.

Week 1: Stress and Overwhelm

Many people experience stress and overwhelm and notice how it can impact daily life.

This session explores how EFT (tapping) may support relaxation, emotional balance, and a greater sense of calm when emotions feel heightened.

We’ll gently explore how these reactions show up in the body, and how tapping may help you feel calmer, more in control, and better able to respond rather than react.

Week 2: Anxiety and Worry

Stress and worry can affect us all … from general anxiety and health concerns to work pressures, relationships, or exams etc.

This session focuses on how EFT tapping may help reduce emotional intensity and support a calmer, clearer response to everyday stressors.

We’ll gently explore how these reactions show up in the body, and how tapping may help you feel calmer and in control, supporting a reduction in heightened emotions.

Week 3: Cravings and Phobias

In this session, we explore the emotional attachment behind cravings and phobias.
EFT tapping is a gentle, guided process that may help calm the nervous system and support a shift in how you respond to urges or fears.
This approach is simple, non-confrontational, and you are always in control.
You’re welcome to bring:

  • A food you would like to explore
  • Or an image that represents a fear or phobia

Together, we will gently work to help you feel less reactive and create more choice in your responses.

Week 4: Anger and Frustration

We all have moments when our buttons get pressed.

This session focuses on how EFT can be used both in the moment and afterwards to help reduce emotional intensity and support a calmer, clearer response.

Even remembering frustrating situations can trigger strong physical and emotional reactions—tapping may help soften these responses and create more space to respond rather than react.
