Booking conditions apply to all classes, courses, workshops and appointments. Please read the appropriate conditions below. By making any booking at the Wellness Centre you are agreeing to the current Terms & Conditions below.

Payment must be made prior attending a class

Online payment can be made 24/7 with payment using Visa/MasterCard via the Wellness centre Website or App. In-person payments can be made at the studio using cash or a credit card/EFT, or Bank Transfer with prior arrangement. See below on current class booking (Reserve your space) options.

Our Introductory Class passes are exclusively for first-timers who live in the Illawarra area. Please remember these are 1 time deals, non-shareable, are non-refundable and start on the day you book your 1st class.

Payments are made though our secure MindBody payment system every 7 or 14 day depending on the pass type. Memberships will Auto-renew unless you say otherwise in writing.

We will give you 30 days notice of any price changes.
Failed payments will be retried. If that does not work memberships will be paused according to Pass conditions.

Reserving your place in a class can be done online once you have paid and been assigned a password. Log in from the Wellness Centre Home page by clicking the “Book Now” button and then the “Book Classes” option. Even easier is using the Wellness Centre Wollongong’s Free App and the Live Booking Schedule.
If unable to access the website or App, you can register for classes, given certain circumstances, by text if you already have registered previously on this number only 0483 941 587. See below for details on the Special Circumstances Booking options FAQ. You are required to arrive at the studio for your class 5 minutes before the scheduled start time. Late arrivals may not be able to attend the class for safety reasons.

Our booking system is designed to ensure fairness and accuracy for all members, which is why we typically require online bookings. This helps us confirm spots instantly, manage waitlists effectively, and minimise scheduling errors.

However, we want to make sure you can still enjoy your classes we have updated options for those who do not have email, internet access or other circumstances

  • SMS Booking: Minimum 6 hrs before class start time. You can text us your name, the class you’d like to attend, and the date/time if you have already registered previously. We’ll confirm your spot by text.
  • All class bookings by text or otherwise are only accepted on the basis of the acceptance of the Wellness Centres’ Booking Terms and Conditions
  • More details on Exceptions: Members who have accessibility challenges, seniors, or those with urgent special requests will be posted soon otherwise call the Wellness Centre on 42263777 during office hours

If a class is full be sure to put your name on a waiting list. We will email/text you if a spot becomes available. If you can’t make it please let us know ASAP. Class places are subject to availability.

Failure to inform us and register for a class may mean entry is not guaranteed if the class is full.

At the Wellness Centre we understand that sometime events occur that are beyond your control. For this reason we have developed the below cancellation policy for pilates/yoga/barre/meditation and also Reformer group classes.

For Studio1 Group classes (including yoga, pilates mat, barre, ,meditation etc.), you can cancel your booking online or via our App up to 2 hours before the scheduled class start time (except for early morninfg classes. See below). Just login by clicking on the link at the top right of this page, and go to the “My Schedule” tab, where you can view, and cancel your upcoming booked classes). When you cancel your booking, your class credit will be refunded automatically. The 2 hour cancellation limit allows us to offer your spot to another person. If you cancel less than 2 hours prior to the scheduled start time for the class, you will forfeit that (1) class pass from your series, Early morning Barre classes at 6.15 am or 7.15 am adhere to a 10-hour cancellation policy. Kindly cancel your reservation at least 10 hours before the scheduled start time for these classes. Bookings will not be accommodated after this period.

For Studio2 Reformer Pilates from 9.30am have a 4hr cancellation window applies with the same conditions as above. Early morning classes (Reformer & Barre) at 6.15 am or 7.15 am adhere to a 10-hour cancellation policy. Kindly cancel your reservation at least 10 hours before the scheduled start time for these classes. Bookings will not be accommodated after this period.

For Unlimited Memberships/Passes a $15 fee is added to your account if the above cancellation conditions are not met or there is a no-show. These cancellation policies allows the place to be offered to someone else who wishes to do the class.

If you need to cancel but don’t have access to a computer you can phone the studio on 42263777 Thank you for your understanding.

The Wellness Centre has the right to refuse entry at anytime. Memberships and Class Passes can be cancelled at anytime for offensive, illegal or inappropriate behaviour.

Student rates in adult classes; applicable to a full time student from 14 years and up, have current id. Mature age adult studying and working does not count.

First timers offer is a once only offer for new clients
Passes are valid from your date of first visit. Purchases Passes must be initiated within 1 month of purchase.

No refunds from change of mind, no transfers or no extensions.

The Wellness Centre Wollongong does not offer refunds except for medical reasons where participants are unfit to participate in Yoga, Pilates, Barre, Meditation or other classes/courses for the foreseeable future. In this case you will receive a full refund ( upon presentation of appropriate medical certificate) for your unused valid class pass or session fee. Reasonable administrative costs will apply. Tickets to The Wellness Centre workshops are 100% transferable unless specified. We do not offer refunds however you are welcome to re-sell or gift it to your friends or family. Simply send an email via our Contact Us Here page with the change of name details.

Unlimited Passes Can be put on hold after the agreed to initial 8 week period (minimum 7 day hold)

Class passes & memberships have expiry dates & conditions. Limited time extensions (Holds) may be granted due to illness or travel however this must be organised at least 7 days before the break. Please consider your membership carefully as there are no refunds from change of mind, transfers or exchanges other than for permanent or temporary physical incapacity verifiable by a medical certificate produced at the Wellness Centre.

Direct Debit Studio Memberships

We just request 8 weeks minimum for direct debit passes and then 7 days written notice to cancel or put your membership on hold.

Membership Cancellations

Memberships require a commitment to yourself and to the Wellness Centre. If circumstances change and you find yourself in financial please discuss your situation with us directly.

A fee of 35% of the unused portion of the membership is required. You can cancel your Membership during the Minimum Term. If you contract a serious illness or a permanent physical incapacity which is confirmed by a medical practitioner that we reasonably agree to and you pay the Administration Fee of $50

We accept EFT, Visa, MasterCard, Amex and cash with online facility available. We do not refund for change of mind or circumstance.

Joining classes at the Wellness centre means you understand there’s risk. You won’t hold us responsible for injuries or lost items. If something is stolen, tell us immediately! Ther e is 24hr video surveillance throughout the Centre including both studio’s but not restrooms/toilets/showers.

Day Spa & Group Bookings

Wellness Centre Day Spa services are very popular therefore to avoid disappointment it is recommended that you book in advance so you can secure a time that best suits you.

If you’re not sure which of the treatments best suit your needs please call us & speak with one of our specialist staff who will be happy to help you.

You will be required to provide credit card details or a monetary deposit of 50% to secure all bookings.

We understand that peoples schedules do change, however, we require 7 days notice ( in writing, email) if you need to change or cancel your appointment. Bookings cancelled or changed within 7 days of your scheduled services will incur a 50% charge of the treatment value. Bookings cancelled within 24 hours of the allocated time or “No Shows” will be charged the full fee.

We highly recommend you and/or your party arrive 15 minutes prior to your treatment time so that you have enough time to fill out your consultation form and begin to relax.
We will try to accommodate all clients where possible, however, arriving late for your appointment may, unfortunately, reduce the time of your treatment.

If you are running late please phone us so that we can do our best to accommodate you.

For best results with your hand and foot treatments, please arrive without nail polish. Shelac and resin nail product removal is not included in Wellness Centre services.

Some services may not be recommended due to certain health conditions, We always recommend that you advise our staff of any health issues when booking your services. You will also be asked to fill out a confidential consultation form prior to your session to ensure all services are suitable.

If you are pregnant please advise us at the time of booking.

It is not recommended that you consume excessive alcohol prior to or during spa treatments. We also advise that you drink plenty of water during and after your visit to help maintain healthy hydration levels.

Day Spa Bookings made with the Wellness Centre Day Spa do so with the acceptance of our policies & conditions.
