Our Classes

Pilates

Pilates for real bodies — especially if you’re 45 and over. Our Reformer and Mat classes are low-impact by design, focused on building the core strength, posture, and balance that make everyday life feel easier. Beginners welcome, dedicated beginner classes available.

Yoga

Our yoga classes currently focus on gentle and restorative Yin yoga for deep release, Restorative for nervous system reset. All levels genuinely welcome.

Mindful Meditation

Our meditation classes use evidence-based approaches — including iRest Yoga Nidra, a deeply restful guided practice proven to reduce stress and support better sleep — alongside practical Mindfulness related courses & workshops. No experience needed. Just show up and lie down.

Barre

Barre Pilates is low-impact but seriously effective … using the barre, resistance bands, fit-balls, and light weights to build strength, flexibility and balance using Pilates principles. Designed with the 45+ body in mind, it’s challenging without being hard on your joints.

Private Classes

Enjoy one-on-one attention with our Private Classes, personalised to meet your specific wellness goals. Whether you want to deepen your yoga, Pilates or meditation practice and/or receive tailored guidance, our private sessions offer a supportive environment focused on your unique needs.
