Our Classes

Pilates

Build core strength, improve posture, and enhance overall body balance with our Pilates classes. We offer Reformer, Mat Pilates and a new Reformer Yin class providing low-impact sessions ideal for developing functional movement and flexibility. Suitable for all fitness levels, our Pilates classes are designed to support both beginners (with dedicated beginners classes) and advanced participants.

Yoga

Reconnect mind and body with our yoga classes, crafted to promote flexibility, mindfulness, and inner peace. We offer classes for all levels, from beginners to advanced, with Yin, Restorative Yoga and Beginners Vinyasa/Ashtanga. Each session encourages a harmonious blend of breath and movement, helping you cultivate balance and well-being.

Mindful Meditation

Experience the calming benefits of evidence-based mindful meditation, where you’ll learn techniques to reduce stress, improve focus, and enhance emotional resilience. Our meditation sessions, including iRest Yoga Nidra drop-in classes and courses and “Mindfulness for Life” Mindfulness courses, guide both beginners in developing a lasting mindfulness practice that brings clarity and calm into everyday life.

Barre

Combine ballet’s elegance with Pilates’s toning benefits in our Barre Pilates classes. These low-impact workouts focus on strengthening and sculpting the body. Classes also include components of Fitball, resistance bands and matwork. Perfect for building flexibility, endurance, and muscle tone, our Barre classes provide a fun and challenging workout suitable for all levels.
