Our Wellness Centre offers a welcoming sanctuary where you can find balance, relaxation, and vitality through a range of holistic wellness services, including Pilates, yoga, meditation, and restorative practices.

What Happens in Class
You lie down on a comfortable mat with blankets, pillows & bolsters (or sit if preferred).
The teacher gently guides you step-by-step.
