Enjoy fun, whilst challenging classes using a combination of barre, resistance bands, mat-work, fit-balls and light weights for optimum musculoskeletal performance, strength, flexibility, balance & endurance without compromising the Pilates method of exercise. These classes are more than just a workout; they are a mind-body experience that strengthens, tones, and uplifts you from the inside out. Whether you’re new to Barre, Pilates or regular exercise, our experienced instructors are here to guide you every step of the way.
