Pilates Matwork is a gentle, effective way to strengthen your core, improve posture, and move with more ease every day. Our classes are especially welcoming for women over 45 who may be returning to exercise, managing stiffness, or simply seeking a calm, personalised approach to movement.

You’ll learn to engage your deep core muscles, support your spine, and move with control — all while improving your balance, mobility and confidence.

Since 2011, the Wellness Centre’s Pilates Studio has been helping people of all fitness levels discover the incredible benefits of Pilates.

What to Expect in Class

Classes are small and personalized, allowing our instructors to provide individual attention and modifications where needed. If you’re new to Pilates, you’ll feel comfortable and supported from day one.
