Private Meditation iRest® Yoga Nidra is a gentle, research-supported form of guided meditation designed to help the body and mind unwind from stress patterns. In this one-to-one session, you’ll be guided through breath awareness, body-sensing, deep rest, and non-judgemental inner listening.

This is a space to slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself—whether you’re navigating stress, burnout, anxiety, pain, fatigue, emotional overwhelm, or simply seeking a deeper internal stillness.

No experience is needed. You can practice lying down or seated—whatever feels most supportive.

Expert Instruction

iRest is an evidence-based, mind-body approach that has evolved over thirty years of observation, research, and hands-on development. A simple form of meditation designed for modern-day living. iRest® meditation helps you restore balance. No matter what life throws your way.

iRest® Yoga Nidra is taught by Elizabeth & Kachina, both trained and experienced iRest® Teachers.

iRest Drop-in Classes Mondays & Wednesdays at 7.00pm also iRest® + Yin Yoga Fridays 5.30pm

Each class is approximately 60 minutes, including mindfulness breathwork and/or light yin yoga stretches, followed by 35-40 minutes of guided practice, which includes time for settling in and transitioning out of the practice session. Make yourself comfortable on the yoga mat, bolster, blanket & pillow provided, then enjoy. Loose, comfortable clothing is recommended. Class begins promptly at 7 pm, so please arrive by 6.50 pm to allow time for parking.

Preregistration is required for all classes at the Wellness Centre.

Class Passes

  • An iRest Intro Pass is available for $10 for new members.
  • Ongoing, there is an iRest Meditation only 10-class pass for $150 (expires after four months)
  • Our Intro $30 Pass (details here) covers 3 classes over 14 days only. This will cover 3 iRest classes over 14 days or 2 iRest sessions at the same time slot. The 3rd class can be for any of our other Studio classes, including the iRest+Yin Yoga, Pilates, Barre etc.
  • Regular Casual drop-in passes are $28
  • Current Members can use their memberships or Class Passes

iRest Dyad Private Sessions

During an iRest Dyad (or co-meditation), we are offered an opportunity to get in touch with our most common longing: to feel connected and overcome feelings of separation and aloneness. In these personal one-on-one meditation sessions, the teacher completely supports students in delving deeper into self-inquiry. Starting from the place in ourselves that is already whole and unbroken allows for the possibility of discovering profound insights and breakthroughs. Your trained facilitator holds an intentional space for you, creating intimacy and trust.
