Our prenatal yoga & pilates classes are led by Debbie and Elizabeth , experienced and trained Pilates, Reformer and Yoga instructors with over 20 years of specialised pre-natal training. Our classes incorporate safe, pregnancy-specific exercises on the mat & reformer that build strength, increase flexibility, and promote relaxation. Learn essential breathing techniques, movements, and stretches that will not only support your pregnancy but also prepare you physically, mentally, and emotionally for childbirth. We also understand how busy the world is, which is why we offer dedicated drop-in prenatal classes. Enjoy the company of other pregnant ladies in a socially friendly, inclusive environment at similar and/or different stages of their journey. Please register for each class when you can make it.
