Reformer Pilates Orientation (highly recommended)

Perfect for complete beginners, this 30-minute orientation introduces you to the Pilates Reformer in a calm, supportive setting.

You’ll learn the basics of how the machine works, including springs, straps, footbar and carriage, along with simple safety tips, breathing, alignment and class etiquette.

This class helps you feel more confident, comfortable and prepared before joining your first Reformer Pilates class at Wellness Centre Wollongong.

Ideal for anyone who has never done Reformer Pilates before.
