I am known as genuine, caring, empathetic and consciously connected therapist with strong values and a holistic approach to the mind/body/soul connection. Using a variety of recognised therapeutic models allows me to tailor the therapy to your specific needs, focusing on your individual situation.

Clinical Hypnotherapy
Clinical hypnotherapy is a type of therapy that involves using hypnosis to help people achieve their therapeutic goals. Hypnosis is a natural state of mind where a person is deeply relaxed and focused, and it can be induced by a trained hypnotherapist.
During a hypnotherapy session, the hypnotherapist guides the client into a
hypnotic state, which can help the client access their subconscious mind. In
this state, the client is more receptive to suggestions and can work on changing their thought patterns and behaviours.
Clinical hypnotherapy can be used for a wide range of issues, such as managing anxiety, overcoming phobias, reducing stress, and managing chronic pain. It can also be used to help people overcome addiction, improve sleep, and manage weight.

Therapeutic Models include: Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Positive Psychology, Solution Focused, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Hypnotherapy, Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), Mindfulness and Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT/Tapping).
