Community Pilates Matwork Classes

Join us at the Wellness Centre to share the "Pilates Love" on Sundays at 10.30am. We are excited to offer you
a COMMUNITY Pilates Mat Class by Donation (for Charity).
Experience an original Matwork class created by Joseph Pilates in our beautiful & spacious air-conditioned Studio 1 .
Free Registration is required with a gold coin entry on the day.
Please feel free to share this exciting news with friends, family, and colleagues. Pilates is much more enjoyable when experienced together, so why not invite a buddy or two to join you?
These Community Pilates classes on Sundays are FREE to book into via the Wellness Centre Wollongong App or the Wellness Centre Website Live Booking Schedule page. Pre-registration is required.
What to bring:
- you own pilates/yoga Yoga mat (or $2 to hire)
- Plastic/metal Water bottle (not class please)
- Exercise Towel (personal preference)
What to wear
- loose comfortable clothing

When: 10.30am-11.30am Sundays Please arrive 10 minutes early. Class begins promptly on time. Doors will be closed at 10.20am.
Where: Wellness Centre Wollongong 81 Keira Street MAP
Cost: FREE to book with charity donation entry on the day. (cash only) Book early as limited places are available.
Level: Fundamentals – A fun, warm welcoming class at a basic matwork level. Beginners welcome.
Who is this class for – anyone who can walk up some entry stairs and get on and off a mat without assistance. For the general community, so no instructors please.
