Are you ready to shed the doubt and emotional heaviness that is holding you back from living light and blossoming into your greatest potential? Join Elizabeth and Kachina for a specialised workshop in sync with the lunar energy of Scorpio.
During this session the girls will take you a little deeper bringing awareness to the energy of the full strawberry moon with guided breath work to activate the Muladhara (root chakra), Kapalabhati Breathing.
This invigorating breathing exercise ‘Breath of Fire’, energises the body and brings a great deal of blood flow, heat and subtle pranic energy into the abdominal region, stimulating the digestive, circulatory, and reproductive systems to bring your body to a energised higher vibratory state.
This will be followed by sequences of kundalini somatic movements supported by sounds of shamanic drumming. These movements will self empower you to amplify your own energy, transform your mind and body to celebrate your unique expression to the world.
The class will end with a beautiful heart opening, cacao ceremony and meditation. As you step into your heart you will feel a greater sense of joy, inner peace, bliss and wisdom.

Please note the doors for the session will close 10 minutes after the scheduled start time in consideration of other participants and the teacher. Please review our Workshop/Event Cancellation Policy below.
Workshop/Event Cancellation Policy
If you have booked for a workshop and are unable to attend a workshop for any reason, please let us know as soon as possible in order for your place to be offered to someone else.
If you are registered for a workshop you must cancel at least 5 day prior to the workshop to receive a full refund (less admin fee of $10). Unfortunately, refunds cannot be issued for cancellations made less than 5 day prior to the workshop. Tickets to The Wellness Centre workshops are 100% transferrable. We do not offer refunds other than that above however you are welcome to re-sell or gift it to your friends or family. Simply send an email via our Contact Us Here page with the change of name details.
In the event of the cancellation of an event by the organizer, you will receive a full refund of the course fee. If an event is moved from its advertised venue and/or the date is changed, your payment will remain valid if you wish to attend the rescheduled event. If not, we will issue a full refund.
Unfortunately, the Wellness Centre Wollongong cannot be held responsible for unforeseen circumstances (such as weather or transport problems) that lead to the participant being unable to attend the scheduled course or workshop.
