Your experienced female massage therapist will use safe, gentle techniques aimed at relaxing and unwinding tightness and tension in those muscles with comforting background music.
Our Remedial massage therapists will provide a great prenatal massage  throughout all stages of pregnancy * and beyond. Before your massage the therapist will discuss with you your needs and any current issues. Cushioning will help ensure you and your baby are comfortable and protected. Therapists who focus just on you and your baby. 1 hour pregnancy massage sessions are recommended.

Pregnancy massage at the Wellness Centre is available for ladies up 37 weeks gestation

* You will need to fill out a "Pregnancy Massage Client Intake Form" prior to your massage advising the practitioner of any pregnancy-related issues and make sure there are no contra-indications present.
