'Ignite Your Soul' is a 1.5hr Wellness Workshop by Soul Sanctum that combines movement, breath, sequence and sound. Live music & sacred mantras enhance this beautiful practice with guided meditation to anchor in a state of tranquillity.
Elizabeth, co-founder and owner of Wellness Centre Wollongong will take you through gentle restorative sequences and guided Yoga Nidra to help you harness your body's energetic flow. The movements will be synced with live music written and performed by Singer/Songwriter Kachina , AKA Devi Sounds. The tribal sounds enhance the vibration as the songs uplift your energy to enable a direct sense of being. Annie, Gong Master/Practitioner, will be playing sacred ancient healing instruments which will aid the mental, emotional and spiritual body whilst releasing tension and blocks thus stimulating a higher functioning nervous system. As you become immersed in the sound bath you will deeply connect to your innate divine essence.
This session is powerful, it will allow you to bathe in the illumination of deep transformation as you ignite your soul & discover your expansive universe within.
