Our Corporate yoga sessions have an emphasis on stress relief, relaxation and well-being with results that can often be seen immediately.  Techniques include relaxation, meditation (mindfulness), postures, and calming breath techniques.

Classes are suitable for everyone including complete beginners.

Yoga classes can be held in your workplace or in our relaxing Studios in the CBD and can take place at lunch time, before or after work or any time to suit.

Venue requirements

A relatively quiet, comfortable space

Each person will need a yoga mat (we can supply these), comfortable clothing and a water bottle.

CD player, speakers or computer to use for music (optional)

Our Teachers

All of the Wellness Centre's yoga teachers are experienced, fully certified, carry liability insurance and are trained in Emergency First Aid and CPR.  They are chosen for their professional, friendly and non-judgemental manner and instruct from a non-religious perspective.

Conference & Incentive Yoga Sessions

Treat delegates to a one off relaxing, energizing yoga class to start the day or include it as a break out session during the day. The Wellness Centre Wollongong can supply professional  teachers for individual yoga (or meditation/mindfulness, pilates) classes for meetings, incentives or events.
Wollongong has beautiful outdoors views & settings that will compliment an unforgettable yoga session to revive & refresh your clients. Alternatively, our Wellness Yoga teachers can travel to your conference venue or other indoor venue including the Wellness Centre Studio centrally located in the Wollongong CBD.
