Process-oriented psychology, also known as process work, is a holistic psychotherapeutic approach that suggests unconscious material can be experienced physically, interpersonally, or environmentally. Process Work develops the relationship between identity and being, the known and the unknown, and supports clients to establish meaningful and sustainable solutions to life’s problems.
His work is about discovering our deeply human nature, and then finding ways to apply that directly in our lives. A typical session might include movement work, role play, creativity, dream work, relationship work and field dynamics.
