What is Face Fresh?
"Face Fresh" is a system that is designed to help structure and contour the face using specific facial & upper body exercises for releasing tension from facial muscles, neck and shoulders.
These exercises help reactivate dormant muscles and deactivate overactive muscles.
Would anybody be able to do this programme?
This programme is safe for most people. We take the programme slow so that we don’t fatigue the muscles. As we build strength and stamina, we increase the intensity and repetitions of the exercises, similar to a gym programme.
If there are any underlying health issues it would be advisable to see a medical practitioner for further direction before starting the programme.
What is the programme based on?
This programme is based on a system that has been tried and proven for over 20 years. Originating in Japan it involves Yoga style poses and a Pilates breathing method.
How often should I practice Face Fresh?
At least once a day.
Once you have worked with the system, it becomes part of your lifestyle.
If you stop you do notice the deference.
