Cathy Bale
Cathy’s flowing classes are designed to challenge the body and relax the mind, with options for yogis at all levels. Having completed her teacher training in Hatha yoga, she combines strength, flexibility and a little fun into her classes.
As a registered physiotherapist, Cathy knows the physical benefits of yoga as a form of exercise. She started practising yoga following a knee injury, so also understands the deep relaxation and peace that can be found through a regular yoga practice. A keen athlete all her life, she has undertaken decades of mixed martial arts training and also admits to being a recovered gym-junkie. Cathy is excited to meet you and share her passion for the wonderful practice of yoga with you!
