Private Reformer Pilates Beginners sessions are suitable for anyone wishing to start Pilates Reformer workouts in a 1 on1 basis. This offer is ideal for those who are absolute beginners to Pilates Reformers including those that have not exercised for some time, are recovering from injury or are sports enthusiasts want to improve their core strength, flexibility, alignment, endurance and help develop that loner leaner look associated with Reformer workouts. These sessions will include a Pilates Assessment to check your core strength & flexibility. Both males and females of any shape or size are welcome :) Excellent option to be included in any weight management program!

You will learn the workings of a Pilates Reformer, how to use the apparatus safely and effectively, focusing on proper technique to increase your core strength, flexibility and endurance. Reformer exercise can be modified to accommodate those with injuries & health relates issues.

We will also ad a complementary Group Reformer class pass for you to use if and when you are ready to join one of the Wellness Centre Studio's regular group classes. Otherwise you may wish to continue with personal 1 on 1 sessions or consider other small group options.
