Cynthia Yoga Teacher
Cynthia classes are relaxed and welcoming. She teachers care and maintenance of the body for all ages through precise alignment, development of core body strength and encouraging a healthy mobility of the joints. She skillfully weaves yogic philosophy, mindfulness techniques, breath work, relaxation and meditation into her sequencing creating a deep connection to self that leaves you in a state of relaxed, yogic bliss.
Cynthia has worked with the body through dance, yoga, therapy and teaching. She holds a degree in anatomy and physiology, dance and psychology and has a post graduate certificate in teaching. She qualified as a yoga teacher with Tias Little, Prajna Yoga and since then has worked with some of the most renowned yoga teachers in the UK, USA and India including Sarah Powers, Richard Freeman, Donna Farhi, and Simon Borg Olivier. She has taken many extra teaching workshops including Yoga for Women with Geeta Iyengar and Yin Yoga with its founder, Paul Grilley. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Wellness Centre.
Cynthia has an extensive background in Complementary Medicine and has been a practising Craniosacral Therapist since 2012.
