Vinyasa Flow Yoga
Vinyasa means "flow", a process of linking one pose to the next with a fluid quality. Movements are co-ordinated with the breath, allowing presence of mind from one moment to the next encouraging "meditation in motion". The sun salutation forms the bases of the flow in this strong practice, creating dynamic energy, internal heat, flexible strength and strong mental focus. It adds a cardiovascular element to the practice that helps improve fitness and endurance. Flow Yoga Classes are suitable for all levels. Beginners are welcome.
